In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Mr. Cliff the owner of The Jerk Center here in Tarpon Springs, Florida. I was excited to interview Mr. Cliff because he's had the best Jamaican food restaurant in Pinellas County for the last 10 years. Two of those years included a pandemic which Mr. Cliff says helped double his business(2:24).
