Coach Juan details how coaching is a much bigger job than what you do for players on the court and how what truly matters is what you do for them off the court. He highlights the many reasons why this is a priority for him as we discuss having kids out of wedlock(1:04:24), fatherless homes, and how DAD's build confidence in their children(1:07:38).
