After transforming my life through a 199-pound weight loss and surviving sudden cardiac death, my goal in writing NEVER2LATE was to inspire others through lifestyle transformation, creating a chain reaction of positivity. Initially, I aimed to celebrate my running accomplishments - 17 half marathons and 35 total races - with 13 chapters. However, after conquering cancer, I added a crucial chapter on managing side effects and leveraging wellness for resilience. Now, as a miracle survivor, I'm driven to "pay it forward" by empowering readers to unlock their potential. My memoir guides readers through four transformative steps:
